1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ji96," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the ji96 platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the ji96 website at ji96.net, any associated mobile applications, and all related services, tools, and features.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ji96 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the ji96 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's ji96 Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the ji96 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ji96 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. 2.3 Registration Process

To create a ji96 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may register and maintain only one ji96 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ji96 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

ji96 may require Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ji96 Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.

If you suspect that your ji96 Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ji96 immediately via the live chat support channel. ji96 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

ji96 reserves the right to suspend any Account that shows signs of unauthorized access, unusual activity, or potential security compromise, pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ji96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ji96 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in the Player's own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on ji96 is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the ji96 cashier page.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ji96 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements. ji96 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Currency and Fees

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ji96 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ji96 bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ji96 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. ji96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on ji96 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are available within each game or betting section of the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the actual outcome determined by the game server, the server result shall prevail.

ji96 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on a market that was offered in error, or placed in circumstances where a technical malfunction affected the integrity of the game or market. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner when using any interactive features of the ji96 Platform, including live chat with dealers or support agents. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in Account suspension.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji96 Platform:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.

• Transferring funds between Player Accounts or acting as an agent for another Player.

ji96 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited activity and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ji96 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of ji96 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ji96 Platform without the prior written consent of ji96.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
